I had signed up for a Personal Trainer (**********, ** location), after 2 sessions the trainer quit. When asked about a new trainer I was told no trainer was available for the day I had requested. After requesting to refund my account, less the two sessions I had they refused even though they could not provide the service the agreed too. Spoke to someone on phone. They looked at account and said it had not been closed by suspended. So I asked them to close it. This happened several times.
