A little over two months ago I decided to cancel my membership. I was told that I could either cancel in person or via email. Naturally, I chose email, the much easier option, and am regretting it to this day. Hi,I wanted to make you all aware of the awful attitude of the manager at the *********** Esporta fitness location. I have tried for a couple of months to cancel my membership. With my busy schedule I have dropped in at different times only to be told the manger is the only person who can cancel and is either not in or on a call. I signed up for a personal training contract and was ensured by their sales rep that it is month to month, and I can cancel if it is not the right move for me. The contract allows 3 days to cancel, yet the sales rep assigned me to a trainer that was not available for 3 weeks after signing up; therefore, I could not evaluate.
