City Realty is awesome. My roommates and I were thrilled to find out about their 24 hour maintenance services when we had a small issue in our apartment. Being away from home, we were nervous about how fast the repairs would be made but CR’s team made sure we were taken care of in a timely fashion. Definitely recommend!
Great experience living in a building developed/managed by these guys... they were available 24/7 for maintenance issues, questions, calls, etc. It was also sweet that they accommodated space in the building for bike racks.
After experiencing various landlords in the city of Boston, the team at City Realty has exceeded all of my expectations. They really care about their residents, and go the extra mile to make sure that they are happy and that any issues are resolved quickly. My roommates and I rented our first apartment through city realty. When we ran into an issue (cable) we called the 24/7 service line. They were there to solve the problem for us within 24 hours. Being away from home, it was a relief to say the least, to know that we had someone to be there for us.
City Realty was a life saver! Their maintenance / management department saved me when I was locked out of my building at 1am on a Friday in the freezing cold - they are always available to call and help with any maintenance problems.
City Realty Group Brookline are great. I've been working with them for the past couple years to keep my condo in Cambridge rented while I've been working and they found great, responsible tenants!

Anytime I have interaction with them, the staff is always prompt at responding and resolving the issue I have called in regards to. It's refreshing to have a property management company to be so professional and get the matter at hand resolved.
