I met with Josh Fetterman before I moved into my AWESOME apartment, and I have to say that by far he has been the most pleasant and easy going landlord I have ever worked with. He was very responsive, helpful, and let me know that if I ever needed anything I could always reach out to him Thank You Josh!!

Great company!! The workers are very helpful and hard workers
They never answer the phone and they take 2+ weeks to answer voicemails. Also they don't consider leaking ceilings an emergency or maintenance issue...16 hours later and still no one from maintenance has called me back. I hope this weekend's blizzard plows a hole in my ceiling so I can report them to the BHA.
