RecommendedCity Realty always takes great care of me and my building! I've lived in one of their units in the south end for almost a year now and it's always easy to get into contact with them, plus their managers are extremely friendly and helpful. I feel safe in my building and I'm happy with the condition it's always in. My fellow tenants are respectful and I'm thankful to have worked with such a great company to help me get set up in the city securely.
My roommate and I interviewed a couple of realtors prior to working with City Realty, and we are so glad we chose to work with them. Renting a condo in Boston is quite an adventure and can be stressful. Their responsiveness and attentiveness was clear from the start, and were able to help my roommate and I compromise our interests all into one building. There rationality and knowledge of the area made the whole process feel secure and not as stressful. We highly recommend working with them!
City Realty makes living in Brookline such an enjoyable experience and the bike racks offered are key to my commute. My building is always kept in great condition and cleaned daily. I just moved to the Boston area, another one of the most expensive and competitive housing markets...so I've been pleasantly surprised by how easy City Realty made the move-in and living accommodations so great. We found a really nice 2 bed with parking in our budget! They were helpful and responsive to any questions we had. It was a smooth experience for my family considering some of the management we’ve dealt with prior to having City Realty.

I’ve been living in a unit managed by CRM for over two years now, and seriously have had nothing but great experience in communication with them. I see they’ve had poor reviews online for their maintenance but it’s been completely opposite on my end! I’ve had horrific experiences in the past with landlords/management, but these guys are on top of it and respectful of my time n money. My boyfriend and I bought a home that was renovated by City Realty and we could not be any happier!! Honestly, we never thought we'd be able to afford something so nice -- new appliances, flooring, kitchen, bathroom - it's truly a DREAM. The pricing was very fair (esp knowing how Boston area prices are so high enough as they are) -- but we're right outside of the city, easy access to public transit.
