City Realty Group has a great apartment management. They are super friendly, answering emails and calls fast and are willing to find solutions for special requests from the tenants. Their 24 hour maintenance service is great and they are willing to help immediately. I can highly recommend City Realty Group.
I'm extremely with the financial assistance given by CRM now during this pandemic. I'd like to thank in special Steve, Sangye, and Fred. CRM and many other companies have showed that they care and they aren't about money.
They sent someone into the apartment to take a video during the pandemic in Boston. After raising the rent by 50%. What kind of people would do that and risk your tenants lives? Ignorant.

Management is professional, answers calls and emails quickly, and repairs are done next-day. Rent isn’t increased when you pay on time every month and they make it easy with automatic debits. Love the price on my apartment and the interior was completely painted before I moved in with not a single bump scratch or nick to be seen. Highly recommend.

First, please note that half of the 5 star reviews on this page are written by City Reality employees. This is a terrible company. READ THE LEASING CONTRACT CAREFULLY. They add many amendments to the Boston Standard Leasing Agreement. These amendments shift liability to the tenant and limit your rights. My roommates and I proposed a reasonable addendum to strike amendments that weren't legal--our proposal was denied. They knew they would be able to get someone else to sign their rights away.
