Horrible. I don’t expect a super friendly service, but I accidentally smudged a nail during the treatment and technician started shouting at me like I had intentionally damaged his property. I explained it was an accident and this infuriated him even more, when he finished shouting he angrily continued aggressively burning my nails with the electric file. Rude, weird and I hate my nails!

I had spent the morning trying to find a nail salon, I’ve recently moved the area and was finding my routes. I rung them up and they said they availability, it was quiet when I arrived which was a good thing as I didn’t have to wait. I asked for black french tips, the guy was very good and took his time. I got talking to another customer and before I know it they were done and I was thrilled. I was very happy with how they came out. Thank you!

Am fost acum 3 săptămâni la ei sa îmi fac unghiile și acum ca mi leam dat jos am avut parte de o surpriza toate unghiile mele au ciuperci pentru ca ei nu stirlizeaza ustensilele cu care fac atâtea femei

Feedback - if you are sick please do not serve customers. The man doing my nails was clearly sick and coughing. The next day I have developed the same cough and I am incredibly sick, so is my sister. This is very annoying. Please take this on board. I will not be coming back. If there’s anything we learned from Covid it’s not to come to work if you are sick and to keep work stations clean. My sister and I are very sick and it is a direct consequence of negligent practices.
