A terrible experience, zero customer service. I have never been to this salon, I passed by it once. So I searched for it on Goggle 3 days ago and was directed to their Facebook page where I saw I needed to book an appointment which I did 3 days ago. Now this morning before the appointment, I thought to let the person who confirmed the appointment know what I was coming for and to find out if it is part of the services they offer as I did not want to embark on a 4-hour journey in vain. Lydia the lady who did my hair was very nice and was truthful about what would damage my hair and she was not just looking for money. The hairdresser provided genuine advice and even wrote down products for me to use. My hair came out perfect and healthy I have no complaints 😁
Great for african hair , all sort of products for textures hair and great shop keep also has a small hair salon but I have never ylused it but looks cleans and very professional
