Charles and Belinda have facilitated a seamless transfer process, including a complex prescription change, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I have been a patient at City Eyes for over 30 years, and over time have come to realize what a special person Charles Babumba is, he and his team are both professional, friendly and most importantly, knowledgeable in all areas of eye problems. Charles is always ready to listen to any worries you have and explain any procedures that may be needed. Over the years Charles has built up a successful Ophthalmic Opticians, and with his knowledge and love of research, this is definitely the Opticians to visit.
I visited Dr. Charles Babumba due to persistent pain in my right eye. He saw me promptly, diagnosed the issue with great care, and referred me to the right specialist. When I returned a few weeks later, the problem was completely resolved, and my vision was back to normal. Dr. Babumba also helped me transition to a new type of contact lens that has been incredibly comfortable. He's an exceptionally kind, patient, and detail-oriented doctor—I couldn’t recommend him more highly.
