Amazing place! Rooms are very small but well-appointed and the public area downstairs is spacious and accommodating with lots of seating arrangements. The staff is very friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist. The food seems fresh and offers great variety. Highly recommend!
Great hotel with very modern way of working - iPad in room for controls, funky lighting and communal area that looked like a Google office or uni common area! Room was quite small but adequate and very well layed out. Great location and helpful staff. I really liked it.
Don't get tricked by the 4.7 score here Stay away from this property I chose this hotel based on my good experience with citizenM in Amsterdam The experience in London was the opposite though I asked for an early check in considering i was visiting from Canada and they never responded to my request. When I got there the ambassador told me it was impossible to check in earlier than 2 pm. So i dropped my luggage and went for lunch and came back around 1.
