The worst hotel experience of my life We booked 5 nights at Citadines South Kensington London and it was an absolute disaster. We were forced to change rooms 4 times in less than 3 days. The first room was on a floor with a broken elevator, so we had to climb filthy, foul-smelling stairs. The second room was literally under repair, with workers and tools inside. Hotel muy bien ubicado. Habitaciones bien equipadas aunque sin ser un lujo. Muy buena atención por parte del personal, especialmente de Michael, que esperamos que venga a España ;)
We went to London for 5 days, the room was big and clean, it had a kitchen and hairdryer. The service was great, and the employees were very nice and friendly, we loved it and we recommend it very much. ☺️
Awesome stay at this Citadines. Reception personnels were very helpful especially Michal was very kind to us.
