Amazing place! It's hard to find a gym with a friendly and non-intimidating atmosphere where you always feel welcome. On top of having top-notch instructors and good kick/hiit class format that is hard to beat!

Amazing workout class with Tyrone - a great instructor who took time to explain everything to me before the class. I loved the boxing and kickboxing. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to get fit and enjoy it in the process!
I’m really enjoying the Kick hiit classes- it’s a super effective workout, great music and everyone in the gym is really friendly and nice! 100% recommend.
