I came in to see one of the pre owned inventory vehicles and met with Don Lotano for the test drive. The whole experience was the best I've had ever purchasing a vehicle. I was literally in the showroom for a total of an 1 hour and 45 minutes, mind you over 2 days as I couldn't secure the down payment until Monday and test drove the car saturday. All I heard from sales manager and sales representative was Circle Infiniti is a luxury car dealer. I did not find that to be the case. First of all I was looking at a 2014 QX80 that we were told was bought at Circle, further that vehicle was serviced at Circle. Yet, the CarFax didn't support that. Somehow the CarFax was manipulated. The vehicle was suggested to have been key drug. Yet my mechanic showed me where the impact to the vehicle was. The paint job on the repair looked like Goosebumps lettering.
