Love dealing with this dealership. The staff is super friendly & knowledgeable, this is my 3rd car lease from them and always so easy to deal with. Don Lotano was my sales person for last 2 and he was great, no bs just straight forward about everything, I have my cars serviced there and again couldn’t be happier with the service. Great experience all around.

Took my QX 56 for service for a recall issue and my car still hasn’t been returned to me. They have had it since 1/10, today is 1/29!!! No one has returned my calls, I️ have left multiple messages requesting a service manager to call me back - no one has updated me as to the status of my car. What’s worse is, initially we were told it would be 2-3 days and they would not be able to give us a loaner car. Why? No one knows! I've been going to Circle Infiniti for close to 10 years. It's the SERVICE Department that keeps me in my Infiniti's. Being in Sales myself for 36 years...anyone can get a nut from a squirrel once...but it takes Excellent Customer Service to keep a customer for a lifetime. Todd Rovinsky has been my Service guy all these years and he's the best there is. Infiniti owes him MY loyalty.
Watch out for hidden contract fees. They seem to hide them in the fine print. Be careful!
