Kicker was about charging me to diagnose an air bag light they activated during a recall last year. Also told me I had thousands of dollars in body damage bring to collision shop. The 2014 Infiniti Q50 I have has 47,000 miles and 18 months of extended warranty left. I declined all work except oil change. Excellent white glove customer service, stress free.
I never had a problem until today. I brought my Q50 in for an oil change. Hidden under the floor mat was $200.00. Then it vanished. Obviously the detailer stole this money. The dealership gave me $200. in gift cards to compensate me. That's not the point, you have a thief in your employ. God willing the THIEFS KARMA is harsh. I was violated and I'm pissed.
