RecommendedI had an amazing experience with Ray at Circle Infiniti this weekend. After visiting a couple of other dealerships with rough salesmen, I wasn’t sure what to expect at Circle. Ray was accommodating, had me test driving a car within minutes, and never once pressured me into a sale. The car speaks for itself, but I found myself asking “Ok, what do you need from us to get the sale started?” Ray also went out of his way to get activities to keep my 4-year-old occupied. He truly made the process a smooth one. Thank you so much!
Service department experience was not very good. Was charged a diagnostics fee for something that should have been caught in the free multi-point inspection. Then the estimate to repair was more than double the cost to have it done elsewhere. I would recommend having your car serviced elsewhere!

Once an issue is observed that requires a further dive to find the cause, that is when a diagnostic charge needs to be paid. Unfortunately in your case there was a leak and the technician needed to dive deeper to figure out exactly what was the cause.
