EXTREMELY RUDE!! When we finally got past the dog barking @ us from behind entrance door we received an abrupt “Yes” from behind the workshop counter. My husband then politely explained 1 of his requirements he wasn’t given the opportunity to explain the 2nd. The civility ended there treated like an annoyance she replied aggressively stating she was far too busy to consider anything else followed by practically ushering us out of the premises. Fantastic service from Cindy, who makes bespoke and individual jewellery. She genuinely cares about people and their needs, it was a delight being her customers. As well as being a skilled jeweler herself, she has access to many other exceptionally skilled and dedicated jewelers to make unbelievably beautiful work.
