We always have a great experience when we come here.
They were packed new years Eve night and did quite well with getting us in and out. I was warned there was a 2 hour wait to see the doctor, but they managed to get us in and out in the amount of time.
The radiology department was amazing. We were an hour late and they still did the testing and our tech was very understanding. Dr. Vanderbrink, is one of the best Dr's my daughter sees.
Great hospital and staff. Got Caleb all fixed up!
Always a polite and courteous staff. We've had to take our daughter here a few times and haven't encountered a problem at all.
My daughter is seen in the GI department and Dr. Bramlage is the best!!! Much better than Dayton Children's, jimo......
If I could give it zero stars, I would. My son had an NG tube placed. We were sent home with no equipment, no training and a two year old with an NG tube that he kept trying to rip out.
My 12 day old son had to have an ultrasound done on his hips being he was born breech and the ultrasound techs did amazing! He slept the whole time they were doing it. They were great!
My daughter was brought in for severe Abdominal cramping. They did not make us wait or delay care. This Hospital could be the role model for customer service. Job well ✔
