We just left the allergy testing and lab, and I couldn't be more happy with how awesome they were with my toddler. The nurses let her pick out and play with some toys, and even brought her a tablet to play with! The doctor and resident were good with my daughter as well! She had to get blood drawn, and she left crying and literally shaking, she was so scared, but the pretty lady with glasses at the front desk ran out to us and gave my daughter a bear. It was a slow start being in the ER but I must admit once all the traumas were taken care of, our daughter was seen and admitted rather quickly. The entire staff on the 4th floor was amazing over the last 2 days. You guys really are great at what you do and have exceeded all expectations. Thank you so much for everything you've done for our child and us! God bless you all ☺️
They did a great job with my granddaughter, the nurses were very kind and helpful.
We had a food challenge for my 10 year old daughter on the 3rd floor. She has multiple food allergies and is being followed by Dr. Durani, with whom we already have a great relationship. The entire experience was wonderful! Child Life services brought us craft supplies to make a leprechaun trap (it was St. Patrick's Day). Then the leprechaun left my daughter a gift. The nurse was very kind and attentive to my daughter's comfort. We love Children's!
2 months after a two night stay we received 2 different bills. After a call they said "don't pay anything yet let me combine those bills together" a month later got the bill in the mail. It was twice as much a second call informed me that the bills were just for the doctors and now they are combined with the hospital stay. After talking down to me I found out I owed even more than this bill. Five bills (three of which I received *note still no total bill) and two phone calls still not convinced of the total I owe. my baby loves coming to the NICU follow-up clinic we love it there they have the best doctors around!
My daughter had to have surgery here and we had to stay several days. The staff was awesome!! We couldn't have been treated any better!
They refuse to reimburse contract employees money paid for uniforms and necessities. What kind of place treats thier employees this way???
