The BMT unit does not have anyone to monitor your child’s vitals (O2, heart rate, respiratory) the staff is so used to ignoring this they pay no attention to the light flashing above the door when your child is in distress. So you pretty much can’t even leave to get coffee if you’re child is ill. The longer your stay the worse the staff treats you.

RecommendedI can’t say enough. The staff treats you and your case with respect and dignity. The care is all compassing. Everyone is friendly. And they made miracles happen in my son from being the best in their specialty. After finding Childrens, I was as relieved as I would ever be, knowing my child was receiving the best possible care with the best possible people in the medical industry. Ecstatic!!
RecommendedIf you want to see an organization that focuses on the customer and provides a next level experience hang out at Cincinnati Children’s hospital for a while. These folks are working magic in an environment filled with sickness and pain and they make it as good as it could possibly be. My son has been here 13 days today in the ER, PICU and the GI floor and we will be spending Christmas here. Every single interaction with a staff member has been pleasant and the employees genuinely care.

properly diagnose and treat the patient with the proper medication. Not months of chemo, steroids and immune suppression that wasnt needed to treat her
RecommendedAmazing OTs work here. I had the opportunity to do some observation hours when I lived in Kentucky and it was an amazing experience! Cincinnati Children’s hospital is one of the best hospitals in the country. I have been at several children’s hospitals across the country, and only a couple have been the best. Cincinnati Children’s is one of them. They truly care about children, and specially children with special needs.
