RecommendedLove this place not a bad thing I can say against CCHMC
We’re currently admitted for my son who has gi issues. This place is absolutely terrible. No one knows what’s going on, no one reads charts or past medical history. People are rude and not willing to listen to ME, the parent who has been apart of his care for his entire life. I may not have a fancy title but I sure as heck know what’s going on with my child. I have never had such a horrible experience in a hospital as I have had the last two days in this place. Doctors and nurses need to learn how to communicate WAY better. ... read more

From the minute we walked in the door, the level of care and concern demonstrated by all staff immediately put us at ease, knowing we were in the right place for his long-term care.
RecommendedMy mom started working as a Nurse Practitioner back in the 70s. She retired after 43+ years. I’ve gone to CCHMC my whole life. Not only did I see all my doctors there, but I grew up there, running around the old, old hospital (sadly no longer there). This hospital and the people who work here are the most amazing, wonderful people. The level of care and commitment at CCHMC is beyond what is expected. There is a reason it is one of the top Children’s Hospital in the world!
RecommendedThe Anderson location is amazing. They were quick and honest. I was very pleased with our nurse and receptionist. I also LOVE the online check-in for urgent care!
