I have taken my children there on different occasions for different reasons. Poor service each time. This location is closer than the Clifton location but so worth the extra time to get there. Nurses were friendly but the physicians leave a lot to the imagination. This last time will be the absolute LAST time. They continue to give only the very best care while treating both parents and patients with respect and sometimes humor - which we greatly appreciate. Thanks especially to Dr. Grienwald, the best ENT guy in the Midwest.
Wonderful staff. The surgical team and nurses Janis, Amanda & Tony were amazing making sure my daughter was well taken care during her sudden appendectomy and recovery. Thank you all for taking care of my baby! (She's 15 but still my baby)
Brought my grandson in after running a fever on and off for several days.They took him back right away, everyone was very helpful and polite.
My 2.5 year old niece got sent to the ER by urgent care. My sister took her to Liberty, where they waited over 5 HOURS on a Sunday afternoon without getting past the waiting room. No one could give an estimate on when my niece would be seen either. My niece never got seen. I have never waited that long in any adult ER. Inexcusable especially when sent by urgent care.
I had a wonderful experience at Cincinnati children's. They have an absolutely amazing staff❤️

The staff is amazing and I could not have asked for a more understanding lady that checked us in. My three year old Mason has autism and he was going a little crazy and being extra loud and extra affectionate. She waited on us on his terms during breaks of screaming and kissing.. We are blessed to have Children's Hospital in so many locations.
This is the best hospital ever!!! The staff was attentive and courteous. Made my daughter a priority. Couldn't ask for better people or care...
