The staff was nice and helped calmed my teenager down. However we waited 3 hours from arrival to see a doctor. They had to reopen the wound since it had stopped on its own. We arrived around 1030pm and left 330am.

Doctors and the staff there are phenomenal. My fiance gets MRI scans once a year and they are very good at making sure he follows up and keeps himself healthy. I appreciate them a lot because without them he wouldn't still be here today. He had the worst cancer you can get but here he is today, cancer free. Thank you Cincinnati Children's!!

Was there for 4 hours, call light pushed twice, allowed to go off for 10+ minutes each time with no help, and very short staffed. I work in the medical field and KNOW insurance pays well so staff your dam hospital correctly! Staff was nice but not staffed enough to be able to handle an emergency plus the patient load. There is absolutely no excuse for that! My son was miserable and had to lay there for 3 hours without help! I almost left because it took so dam long to get a doctor to go over him! I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!... read more

We've had to make repeated visits due to my son's hearing loss. The ENT staff and Audiologist staff could not be better! They're always friendly, willing to accommodate, and patient with my 8 year old bundle of energy. Ms. Marcy, our Audiologist, is AMAZING! We haven't been to Children's for an emergency (thank God), but what we have experienced thus far has been great!

They were great ;) my 7 year old needed blood drawn and was so scared. They got him calm and talked to him as long as it took. Even made him smile before we left. So nice and registration was a breeze with the help of the staff

My son spiked a high fever so we took him in. It takes us 20 minutes to get there and they were extremely busy that night. We left our home at 4 am, he was seen, treated, and back home by 6 am. All staff was very friendly and gave my 7 month old exceptional care! Thank you Cincinnati Children's for making our first (and hopefully last) ER visit a pleasant one!
