Love the hospital but not the Dr we saw. Dr Myer has no bed side manner. He was very rude to my special needs son. Won't see him again hopefully.

Every single person we encountered was absolutely amazing. It is never fun when your kids need to have surgery or are sick. They made everything much better. Thank you all!

My daughter has a few health issues and we've had to have a few over night stays, and the staff was amazing. They not only took great care of my daughter, but Me as well.

We brought our daughter to follow up with a cardiologist. We had less than a 5 minute wait to see a nurse for vitals, weight, etc. All staff were super helpful and friendly. The doctor was very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining things to us, calming our worries. The nurse that performed our EKG was WONDERFUL! Her name was Zena (spelling?). She did such a great job reassuring our little one. Very caring and compassionate. The excellent care, from start to finish, was very much appreciated. Thank you!

I give them a fair rating only because the employees were very polite and helpful. But the wait is absolutely ridiculous. To have sick young ones and to have them wait for over 4 hours in a waiting area to be seen, is not in any way a fun afternoon. I was not pleased with this hospital at all. I'm new to Ohio and I have to say this place is not somewhere I want to go to again.

Great nurses and Dr but the wait was way much... 2 hours.. But I would rather wait that then go to another hospital and get MI's diagnosed cause they know everything about my son

I have taken my kids here a few times. Have always loved it. Our wait time this last time was a little longer than usual but then it's a hospital emergency room in the middle of flu and cold season so it's to be expected. The service we received from the nurses and doctors was great and we will return again when we need to.
