I am beyond disgusted with your hospital and the way you treat the parents. Extremely appalled. Your entire nursing staff and security officer (Julia) need major and intense sensitivity training immediately or I’d suggest the nurses pick a different place to work or leave the profession completely because you have to actually have an ounce of compassion to be a nurse. RecommendedBy far the best hospital I have ever walked into. Everyone is so nice and friendly and you can tell they genuinely care about the kids and take pride in their facility and work!
Children’s hospital is absolutely amazing, but their billing office is a complete joke. I got a statement for 700 some dollars and now they are saying that I owe 1,400... but yet nobody can produce a statement for that amount. I have been running in circles to get an itemized statement for this. Yet here I am, with no statement other than the one I got for the 700 amount. Ridiculous.
