Your first impression on me was ruined by your extremely rude receptionist at the Level A desk. We were just up there to visit my cousin post spinal fusion surgery and she was very snide about me not being put on the visitor's list. It almost sounded like she enjoyed telling me I couldn't go up to visit; beyond unprofessional. She didn't even try to mend the issue. RecommendedA month ago my daughter went to get her cast on. She was so scared but they helped her feel so comfortable and the guys putting her cast on sang Disney Princess songs with her lol. Today she got her cast off at the Northern KY center and I have to say Dr Bolin was awesome. Made her feel so calm and sang KISS songs with her and even played KISS as she walked out of the room to leave lol. So happy with everything these two hospitals had to offer.
RecommendedI can't say enough about the exceptional care I have received at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center over the past 35 and a half years. I have visited numerous departments. In all that time, I can't remember meeting an unkind staff member. The staff always listened to my opinions and were interested in all aspects of my life. I always received patient centered care. Going to Children's felt like going home. For me, it is simply the best!
