You guys need to get something figured out so when someone brings their child in to be seen to the ER they get taken care of,not just sent to your urgent care to be left seating for hours only for the parents to have to get up and leave because it is taken way to long. When there is not that many patients there and on one is getting called back to be seen that is not good patient care it is poor care.
I brought my son in for an allergic reaction and was amazed by how accommodating and professional the staff is. They were all great with my son, and had him laughing and smiling. And the facility is clean and comfortable!
We had a trip to Children's Liberty tonight and want to thank the wonderful staff for his wonderful experience. I'm an NP but have been an ER nurse for 17 years and have to say pediatric care is a gifted specialty. My son Sam broke his wrist tonight and they were awesome at putting his anxiety and fears to rest with their personalized pediatric attention. We had been in OH 2 months when all 3 of our children were sick with vomiting. We called the Pediatrician and was told about the Urgent Care at Liberty. We took the kids there (2 days after the UC opening with construction and no signage). We told them we were new, that our Pediatrician referred us to the UC. After being seen by a Dr. (2 kids got anti-nausea meds and 1 fluids), we were told we were in the ER!!! Triple the cost and we asked for the UC and they never told us we were taken to the ER.
