Best ever. So grateful to have my great grandson there. We appreciate all they do we all are so thankful. Never have I ever seen such dedication and service anywhere
We spend a lot of time at Childrens! This was not our first ER trip but it was our best!! We spent about 40sec in the waiting room, everyone with registration was amazing and kind! The Doctor was patient with my daughter, informative and even though she needed to put a special call into Neurology, the entire ER trip only last a few hours! My 4 year old is epileptic and after a seizure and a big fall, I was nervous about a concussion but the staff eased my mind and was incredibly reassuring and kind!
Was early for appointment. Ortho tech came in and took cast off rather quickly. About 10 min later Resident doctor came in. Very nice and to the point however....... waited almost an hour for the doctor to come in to look at my sons hand and release us. He was in our room for 5 minutes. Wasn't impressed....
Everyone in the ortho dept was very nice. Treated my son with care. He had to get a cast and the team in there were terrific. Made it very personable. Will continue to take my children

There is nothing more stressful than when your child has a major medical problem or requires surgery. When that happens, this is the place to come. Every member of the staff at CCH are full of caring and compassion. Their level of professionalism is unmatched in my personal experience. Thank you CCH for what you do, and more importantly, how you do it!

The radiology specialist (Carrie Schaeper) was FANTASTIC! She made our visit so very pleasant! I wish everyone in medical profession was as kind, caring and helpful as she is!
We came to the Cincinnati Fetal Care center in hopes of saving our unborn son, Andrew, who had a mass in his chest which was causing hydrops, cystic hygroma, and his heart and lungs to be pushed to his sides against his ribcage. The situation was getting severe, and eventually our last option to save our baby was an open fetal surgery, Cincinnati was one of the very few hospitals in the country able to perform one of these surgeries.
