Misdiagnosed my 9yr old athlete and the lady doing her clinicals in the ER at children's has zero bedside manners. She is from UC, used to dealing with all different kinds of stuff. Lady you were in West Chester not Cincinnati you are dealing with kids not adults. Completely different situation!!! Horrible horrible horrible!!!

Amazing experience with Mason urgent care twice in the past 2 weeks!
My 9 month old grandson had a fever seizure yesterday because he had a viral ear infection which, caused the high fever resulting in a seizure and they were wonderful with him so Thank all of you and God bless you. Love Legend and his Grandma.
My friend has a child here. We have sent several packages. They did not make it to the child. One of them was amazon so I know it arrived. Called the mail room supervisor. He is going to check into it and call me back. That was 2 days ago. Sad
I loved the campus of Cincinnati Children's they were thural did every test possible on my child to make sure everything was okay never had this out of atrium thank God for children's hospital They were awesome an found out the diagnosis and was able to get my child better awesome campus go Cincinnati Children's!! All the nurses and doctors were great had a lot of people coming in and out that were volunteers to make sure all of our needs were met...
