Came into the ER because my son was jaundice they worked with us very quickly and professionally and ended up admitting is for 24 hours. Our stay was wonderful and all the staff we encountered were excellent and understanding. Keep up the good work!
My family had an incredibly unpleasant experience at Children's Hospital last night. We brought our 10 month old son in because he had been acting distressed for a day or so, and we took a temperature reading of 102.5 degrees. The majority of the staff were pleasant and helpful, but the attending doctor was rude and demeaning. Her first question to us was, "what about this fever made you feel like you needed to come to the ER?" My family has been taking me there all my 14 years of life. Yesterday, I had surgery there. I was scared to death. They made me feel safe and tell me everything will be alright. One of the nurses asked me what kind of music I like, she put on my favourite band for me. I feel safe everytime I go.
Most amazing place ever. I drive 4 1/2 hours every 3 months to bring my diabetic son here and have been doing so for going on 5 years. It's well worth the drive because of the excellent care he receives. The doctors and staff are amazing.
