Felt like they didn't really listen to all the concerns regarding my daughter's condition. I used to like Children's but over the past year my opinion has changed with different experiences I have had.
Horrible experience. I used Family Services but ended up being no use. Like many hospitals, I thought Children's had in house advocates. Family services helps with services but you have no real advocate or anyone investigating or resolving problems. I used two personnel, primarily Dawn and Pan before hand. Pam did not know referrals or subject matter so diverted to speech as the deciding factor. I was falsely accused of being theatening by reporting problems with speech...Continue Reading
The service and care was excellent could not have asked for better but my wife was pumping and they came into clean and her pumping bra goes missing well all the people I told made it out not to be a big deal but I had to go buy another one for forty bucks kinda made me angry that I felt I couldn't leave anything in the room
Great hospital but my experience in the er on 6/16/17 was HORRIBLE!, arrived at 12:45am, didn't get out til 5am� and my son was on the "priority" list took over an hr to get sent back to a room, while in the room the nurse walked in but we were still being registered said she would be back, she never came back we had to go ask someone where she was so 1hr+ later she came in, we were able to watch an entire movie before the Dr came in, when he came in my son had just went to the restroom, he too said he would be right back..n... read more
Our daughter was ambulanced to Mercy as it was the closest hospital. The Mercy medical team did all they could and then transported her to Cincinnati Children's. We arrived a little after midnight. The Childten's Emergency Department team did a review of Mercy's labs, did a small neuro exam and let her lay in pain for hours only to send us home at 3 a.m. They did nothing for her or her excruciating pain! I visit Childrens bit as my child has kidney and urological issues. My child doesn't like having his blood drawn but Beverly at the Mason location got him the first try and did not have to stick him 3-4 times! He was relieved. All the staff is very nice! Dr.Minivich (urology) is an awesome Dr! He is Very smart and caring and also. very thorough. Dr Devarajan (nephrology) is awesome!
