When we arrived at children's the sercurity staff was polite and helped us get to same day surgery. Then when we got to same day surgery the staff was absolutely amazing. The receptionist that checked us in was really polite and even tried to find a different stuffed toy for my son since the turtle was to small in her opinion. Then we went back to the holding area before my son's surgery and the nurse's we're absolutely amazing and they showed so much compassion towards my son and to me.
