While we loved our doctor and had a successful surgical procedure which we were in for, the accommodations were horrendous. The rooms are terribly laid out and I did not feel safe at all. My husband sat down on the "bed" (basically a reclining chair that's supposed to sleep two people) holding our son who was hooked up to an IV and monitors and the entire piece collapsed. So dangerous. The nurse was not apologetic or helpful in trying to get us a new room. So A for medical care, but F for taking care of us once that was over... read more

The Children's Hospital Medical Center in Cincinnati is a truly wonderful place when you have a sick or ill child! The staff and caregivers are the very definition of exceptional customer service!
VERY PROUD OF CINCINNATI CHILDREN'S ER STAFF! From check, to trauma, to, radiology, to ALL the Dr's, ALL the nurses, the Chaplin, Bob, and a "special" Nurse Josh. He was special because RN Josh & Chaplin Bob seemed to have an instant attachment to my son. They, for some reason, were the two people who seemed to make him feel the safest in the first few hours! THANK YOU! THANK TO ALL THE DR'S AND NURSES IN TRAUMA WHO LISTENED TO ME AND INSTANTLY DID THE TESTING THT NEEDED TO BEEN DONE THT WAS SAFEST FOR HIM WITHOUT JUST DRUGG... read more
Excellent, attentive staff. High level of care from all departments. Extremely clean facility.
Finally a smooth visit. Also, the Christmas trees were over the top fabulous. They did much to calm our daughter's nerves.
Cincinnati Children's has done so much for our family. They give our three children the best possible care!
They are wonderful at what they do. We are at this location multiple times a month. I do wish that all Children's would change the rule that you can't check in until an hour before the appointment at the earliest since we have 2 appointments back to back and I can only check in one at the kiosk and they have to check in my other child.
Great people. My son had heart problems at birth 11 1/2 years ago. 3 surgeries later he is doing great. Thanks be to God first and the doctors, nurses and staff at this hospital! They care!
