YESTERDAY WAS MY SON LAST DAY AT THE CHILDRENS MEDICAL CENTER. HE IS 19 NOW AND AUTISTIC. HE WILL BE TRANSITIONING TO THE ADULT CENTER AT UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL. I KNOW IT WONT BE NOTHING LIKE THE CHILDRENS WONDERFUL PLACE AND WONDER STAFF AND GOOD MEDICAL CARE AT THE CHILDRENS ESPECIALLY FOR A CHILD WITH DISABILITIES. WE WILL MISS THEM. THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP.
I loved the way the staff explained everything that was going on with son in detail. The way they treated my son like he were their only patient and how comfortable they made him feel was amazing!! I would trust my children with them 100%!!

When my son was 6 he broke his arm. Only injury in his life. The staff made us feel very uncomfortable and like we did something wrong. Separated us to talk to our child and interrogated us, like we were some kind of abusive parents. Did not feel welcome appreciated or professional. When he was eleven, I took him in for an emergency visit, and while in the waiting room we witnessed a tiny 8 year old small girl being manhandled by 4 grown adult security guards, escorting her in from the parking lot, wanding her, searching her... read more
My son just had surgery on Friday...7-7-17... couldn't have asked for a better dr and the staff on 3 north was wonderful.... was on top of everything and was there for any and all questions we had... would recommend this hospital and staff to anyone...
Amazing peds office. Dr Carla Barreau is a wonderful doctor!
Took my son there yesterday. The ER front desk nurse was kind of rude and then the nurses that tried to get blood made the experience far worse for us parents than it should have been. They were so rough on him blew a couple of his veins. Took 3 nurses. Never got an IV but was able to finally drop enough blood into the viles to get what they needed. He was admitted and they were great!
My daughter had surgery with Dr. Falcone Everyone from registeration-pharmacy-nursing-Anesthesia-Residents just everyone we came into contact with we're super friendly and over nice! I love this location and never have had any issue. I make the 20 so minutes drive anytime. Well worth it. Thank you to all that take care of my daughter on this day.
