Both of my boys have been seen here. Everyone I've met has been knowledgeable and sweet. The waiting area is comfortable, clean, and fun!
Went to get my kid checked for possible broke nose and get X-ray but it never happened. She was briefly looked at by five or six staff got a set of vitals and discharged her. $125 bucks later told to monitor at home. I could have saved the money already knew what to do. Just wanted an X-ray and ENT review. Staff was polite just wish more could have been done. No pain meds given or anything.

We spent 5 days at Children's with my daughter after a terrible car wreck. From the moment she arrived in the ER Trauma bay to PICU and then to the Neuro Trauma floor, she received the best care from an amazing staff of compassionate and caring nurses and doctors. They are the reason she has recovered so well!!! Thank you Cincinnati Children's for taking such great care of my girl!!!
