I took my child here tonight, they were quick and friendly. Listened to my concerns as a mother and not blow them off. Although I’m an hr and a half away it’s worth the drive.
So i remember when i was a child and i had genetic's testing and OT. I always had a good experience plus i had my tonsils/adenoids out here. My daughter which is only 11 week's old had to go to the e.r. like last montn the nurse's was so friendly besides one but i won't talk about him. And today she had a ultrasound on her spine they were so gentle with her, and she starts physical therapy nexted week for her head and she also has a genetic's testing May 2nd i hope PT and the testing goes well.. Billing department is horrible. Patient relations hasn't called me back as promised. Fraudulent billing and now I am sent to collections. Would love some help.
I never leave here disappointed. Dr Todd Arthur never gives up and always has a plan for her and adjusts treatment as needed to fit her personal needs. This has been one of the longest journeys, but since being here it has been with a team that cares for her. I’m always so thankful for innovative minds!!!
This review has to do with billing only The hospital and medical staff are great! Their billing department is awful! There was an issue with a payment not posting to the account and I called twice to get it sorted out. Every time they would tell me they were looking into it and would call me back. Never got a phone call but I did get a letter in the mail stating they put me in collections. I had already paid the bill and had proof! This Hospital and staff are all top notch. Their hospitality is outstanding.
Hands down the most amazing people on the planet. From the time we walk in the door to the time we walk out , amazing care. We love everyone there!
