Amazing experience with Mason urgent care twice in the past 2 weeks!
My 9 month old grandson had a fever seizure yesterday because he had a viral ear infection which, caused the high fever resulting in a seizure and they were wonderful with him so Thank all of you and God bless you. Love Legend and his Grandma.
My friend has a child here. We have sent several packages. They did not make it to the child. One of them was amazon so I know it arrived. Called the mail room supervisor. He is going to check into it and call me back. That was 2 days ago. Sad
1st time there. Great facility. Everyone was so helpful starting with the parking attendant. Smiles on everyone's faces. Dr. El-Chammas staff was sincere, informed, friendly and optimistic. Looking forward to working with them to help my son.
I know that whatever we are there for, they will take care of my child.

Came into the ER because my son was jaundice they worked with us very quickly and professionally and ended up admitting is for 24 hours. Our stay was wonderful and all the staff we encountered were excellent and understanding. Keep up the good work!
My family had an incredibly unpleasant experience at Children's Hospital last night. We brought our 10 month old son in because he had been acting distressed for a day or so, and we took a temperature reading of 102.5 degrees. The majority of the staff were pleasant and helpful, but the attending doctor was rude and demeaning. Her first question to us was, "what about this fever made you feel like you needed to come to the ER?"
