Took our daughter to Children's for flu symptoms yesterday. They talked us out of getting her a flu test and said she just had a virus. Her symptoms worsened today and she tested positive for flu A at our pediatrician. Our doctor couldn't believe Children's would not give her a flu test. I'm extremely dissatisfied with our service from Children's and am shaking mad! I won't let that mistake happen again!!!

Absolutely awful customer service and scheduling department. My pediatrician sent a referral to the plastic surgery department a week and a half ago. I still had not heard back from scheduling, so I called to follow up. They had lost my referral and refused to schedule me in the meantime while the referral was being re-faxed. Time is of the essence for my son's condition and the scheduling department and referral system do not care about their patients at all. Working in the CICU at Cincinnati Children’s was and still is the best work experience of my life. I miss my coworkers and patients so much. There was a special comrodery amongst the staff that allowed us to provide the best care possible during the most vulnerable times. Without a doubt I’d recommend their services to anyone I know. ❤️ #heartawarenessmonth
We thank God for the amazing providers and staff at CCHMC. Issues that were unclear and untreated where we lived before became clear, and treatable, when we moved to Cincinnati and came to CCHMC. Our daughter has her life back. THANK YOU to Dr. Jessica Turnier AND the entire team in Rheumatology!
