Billing department is horrible. Patient relations hasn't called me back as promised. Fraudulent billing and now I am sent to collections. Would love some help.
I never leave here disappointed. Dr Todd Arthur never gives up and always has a plan for her and adjusts treatment as needed to fit her personal needs. This has been one of the longest journeys, but since being here it has been with a team that cares for her. I’m always so thankful for innovative minds!!!
This review has to do with billing only The hospital and medical staff are great! Their billing department is awful! There was an issue with a payment not posting to the account and I called twice to get it sorted out. Every time they would tell me they were looking into it and would call me back. Never got a phone call but I did get a letter in the mail stating they put me in collections. I had already paid the bill and had proof! Hands down the most amazing people on the planet. From the time we walk in the door to the time we walk out , amazing care. We love everyone there!

Do not go here without knowing exactly what your insurance covers or they will screw you
I really liked the check in option online for urgent care. I didn’t have to worry about my sick daughter waiting hours to be seen and being more miserable.
Worked at this hospital doing repair work . Had a distant relative working for children's hospital get me kicked off the job because of personal vendetta .
