The doctors take their time with each patient and answers all parents questions. That’s what we love about this small office atmosphere. Thank you for caring for both of my kids, like they are your own.
I have currently been on hold for an hour just to schedule a dental appt for my son. The first time I tried to call back in MARCH, I was told that they had no appts and I needed to call a week later. So I called on the date they gave me, only to be told I had to call a MONTH later because they had filled all the appts already that day for the month. I asked what time I should call, she told me 7. My son was in same day surgery today and I couldn't be any happier with the caring staff. Especially the staff in recovery!! Absolutely amazing and I'm so thankful �
I can’t say enough great things about CCHMC. Dr. Myer, all the nurses, nurse anesthetists, anesthesiologists, and every staff member we had the pleasure of meeting were FANTASTIC every single time my daughter had a procedure! We travel from Charleston, WV and truly looked forward to her appointments. Absolutely wonderful care!
I loved the hospital and everything they did for my child. I couldn't imagine the treatment being any better!! The doctor believed my daughter's Medical condition when no one else did. (She had extreme night time breathing issues. Turned out her throat was almost closed with stones mind you she is 3!) Worst hospital I've been in. My kids have had numerous things bring us to hospitals and this is by far the worst I've visited.
My nephew was rushed to ER at Children’s hospital earlier this week, and we have been here for five days. The people that work here, the nurses, the doctors, the administrative staff, are angels! We cannot thank you enough for being so patient, so professional and treating our family in the best possible way!
