We are from out of town and came here for our son. The intake was great, the initial RNs were wonderful however when the dr came in she gave him a consult then she walked out and walked in no joke 2 seconds later and said I don't remember if I did his consult 😳 ... I love the nurses but that that dr was intersting
My 5 year old son was referred to Cincinnati Children's Orthopaedic department by an Urgent Care doctor after he broke his arm. We were able to schedule an appointment for the following day, during which we found out he had broken it in 3 places and was going to require surgery. My son had never had major surgery before and I was a nervous wreck. They scheduled him as an add-on for a Sunday morning at 7:30 (and not only was it a Sunday, but a Sunday before the 4th of July, which is considered a holiday weekend). They adequat... read more
Very dispointed recovery nurse was rude to all of us she even yelled at my son
The staff is very friendly and courteous. They are there to help you with anything and do it with a smile. This place is awesome and it's no wonder it's ranked 3rd!

My daughter has been coming here for years always great specialist and nurses. But shout out to the male nurse my daughter was having a break down after waking up from surgery your amazing. Thank you.
They surely changed our outcome! Both of my daughters had bone marrow transplants for a genetic primary immune deficiency, and we've been seen in numerous clinics. Most recently we're followed by the contact lense specialist, endocrin, dentistry, and hem/onc. Couldn't ask for a better place so close to home!

We couldn't have asked for more. The knowledge, expertise and kindness of all the doctors and staff truly is remarkable. All working together as a team to ensure our child had every resource to heal.
