This hospital was phenomenal with my daughter when she was there for heart surgery. They said she'd be there for 4 days she was out by her 3rd day completely recharged. The nurses were very friendly and accommodating. The doctors called my daughter by her favorite nickname (Maddie Moo) and wrote it on her board for her nurses. Overall wonderful experience and I don't at all mind making the over hour drive to take her to her follow up because we love her doctors so much.
Dr. AJAY KHAUL IS THE BEST!! ALONG WITH HIS TEAM.. HE IS REALLY UNDERSTANDING AND CARING AND WILL FIGHT FOR WHATS BEST FOR YOUR CHILD!!!
All The Staff Members @ Children's Hospital In The Cardiology Department Were Wonderful The Receptionists And Scheduling Department Were Very Nice......Friendly And Helpful As Well Great Experience....Great Care....Great Hospital

This has been our Home Away from Home for right at 10yrs now. I wouldn't take my child anywhere else unless Cin Children's recommended it! THE Drs., nurses, CNA'S all the way to the maintenence staff, All treat you with such respect. Their Families come 1st! They will do All they can for you to be comfortable while in such hard circumstances. Not to mention the fact that they will do Everything in their power to Care for your child the best way possible! !! Out of 10 yrs I only had 1 complaint and that says ALOT! Love Love L... read more
I was a patient myself when I was 14. I had surgery to correct scoliosis and Dr. Alan Crawford was the best! I had the best care thanks to the team of nurses that took care of me around the clock post-op. Then 15 years later we had to rush my newborn daughter to the ED as she was not able to keep any milk down for several hours. We had no wait, were met by a friendly and caring team of nurses and doctors who evaluated my daughter and ensured us she was healthy and safe. We were released after a couple hours with a minor diag... read more
My 3 year old daughter got referred there I can say without a doubt that it's the best experience we have ever had with doctors, nurses and techs! She went in for a bladder X-ray yesterday and while the actual procedure was hell, the techs were amazing! They tried their best to distract her with toys and games on an iPad and talked to her like she was their child. They put me at ease as well. Making sure that I knew everything that was going to happen and in what order it was going to happen.
The Nurses and Doctors were absolutely the best!! With a new diagnosis of Type 1 Diabetes in my 2 year old, they were VERY empathetic, they talked me through each step of the process, theyvtalkef to my child and helped calm her fears with new blood sugar checks and insulin injections. The educators were wonderful, patient, respectful, and very professional. The staff turned a nightmare diagnosis into a manageable condition with support people in place.
The visition policy is ridiculous! We have had to drive 4 hours many many nights just BC were not able to sit in the lobby at the hospital at night. Lobbies are used to sit in right? They said there only to be two people with the patient in the entire hospital. During this time my baby nephew has been on life support, they have been weaning him off of it. He still in cicu in very bad shape. We wanted to be there all the time with him, not only that but the parents needed emotional support. I'm pretty sure whoever made these ... read more
