"Exceptional in every aspect"
Personally I couldn't fault the sales staff. We were keen to purchase the 3bed show home at Church fields and built what I considered to be a good relationship with them. On a regular visit to see family in Sunderland we called in as we had been doing for an update to be confronted by the area manager. She made it clear we wouldn't get the property at any cost and put barriers in the way, 2025 b eing quoted. We, unknown to her were cash buyers, or would of been. I wondered if she had it earmarked for someone.
