The worst experience I’ve ever had. From having to hold on the phone for hours, from not getting their correspondence, from not getting their quotes, from talking to rude people that don’t know anything, from having to pay extra on a rental car that I shouldn’t have, From dealing with inexperienced people, from dealing with their technical support, their terrible website, if you are thinking about going to StateFarm think again save yourself some trouble. Dodged a bullet here. Atrocious customer service before I even signed up for service. I attempted to get a quote online and their online quote system gets stuck and won't let me add my vehicle. I contacted the customer service number and after having my time wasted on voice cues I finally got a selection for "technical support with the website". When I selected this a woman answered the phone and told me that she is not technical support and the only thing she can do is put me through to a local agent. When I told her I want... read more

Avoid at all costs. They are denying hail damage due to it being the wrong color even though I have documentation of no previous damage, photos of the large hail, and security camera footage of it.

Today I was contacted by a state employees rep by the name of Alvin S****** about a claim from 2020 from which he stated his company made a double payment. The rep was completely unprofessional and began threatening to send me to collections over a bill that has already been and wasn’t in fact a double payment. I advised him that I have proof of documentation/payment showing it wasn’t a double payment. State Farm in my words is completely horrible company all together, I hit a coyote in my brand 2023 car with less than 200 miles on it, the date I hit the coyote was 04/05/2023. it is now 04/27/2023 and State Farm isn't cooporating with the body shop because the body shop that has my car isn't on their list of contracted collision bodyshops and that reasoning is because those shops use, used and refurbished car parts. I've been with State Farm for approximately 6 months. I had a claim in February that they Denied because the vehicle was previously fixed. By ******* *********with a windshield. The windshield continued to leak and messed up some interior items state farms. Told me they would replace it. I ended up buying a replacement just To find out they denied my claim because it was previously fixed by *******. State Farm is not honest at all. Even when they admit they did something wrong, they still won't make the situation right. First off, I am not one to review companies like this but due to the current situation, I feel compelled.
