I LOVE my agent but HATE claims!!! I've had two accident now that were both my my fault and i have to fight to get anything covered and they wont cover. I needed to have a tire replaced but the tires on my truck were discontinued and all they want to do is replace one tire with with a tire you cant order anymore and wont even replace one extra tire. I have had zero service and nothing but lies from State Farm Insurance. My son was in a car accident with one of their insured folks. After not returning calls to my insurance or myself for days, I was finally able to get in touch with their claims department and told they were just "waiting on my son to make a statement and the police report" to assess liability. It is the worst auto insurance company I have ever seen or heard. Based on my experience they are not qualified to be in insurance business. Their claim process entirely broken.
Worst place to get insurance they will do everything to not fix your car even tho I have full coverage insurance an I pay 6 month at a time well none of that matters cause they left my car in an impound lot for 2 weeks the I call the day after the wreck and explained an fixed everything the terrible claims teams say it's all done an your good to go week later I find out car is still not moved the total 3800 repair bill is what it will cost to fix an they tried to send us 1700 these claims teams are a joke I literally had to ... read more
They have had my car for a month I have full coverage an the inspector told the car repair guy he would only pay for half my brakes my total car repair bill is 3800 they sent me a check for 1700 I'm ripping up the 1700 check I've never been treated so bad after the wreck I called state farm an they said a driver will get you an the car an take you home the driver shows up say heck no I'm taking you car to Eastpointe and you need to find a way home I got home at 4 am the wreck happened at 11 pm Thanks

Was going with state farm but changed my mine and stayed with my currant insurane co and state farm sent a cancelation in the policy to dmv stating i did not have ins was only 1 hour then i changed my mind and stayed with my currant ins
I was trying to work with State Farm over a crash incident. They escalated it to a claims specialist who called to inform me that their clients denied hitting me. I asked if he had looked at the police report. He had not. I supplied the police report. State Farm after several days denied the claim.
