Im a Statefarm customer. It’s hard to impossible to talk directly with your claim handler/inspector/appraiser. It’s harder to get in contact with their team manager or team supervisor. State Farm and it’s inspectors will make your life miserable in order to not pay for your damages.

I’m contacOng you in wriOng to complain about my recent claim (***********) which has been declined in part. I live in north ******* and in the recent months have had some severe wind storms. I observed pieces of my roof and shu?ers being dislodged from the home. Literally sca?ered in the yard. Every storm seems to conOnue to deteriorate the roof more. Another company that doesn’t give a ****. Cares more about money then doing the right thing. Went to cancel my parents auto insurance because they passed away and the cars were sold. And I was their Power of Attorney and they refused to cancel and prorate it so I had to let the policy run out

State Farm agent instructed me to remove trees from my property that were going to cause damage to a neighbors property after storm that damaged a good portion of ****** **. They sent a claims inspector out to review damage of property and he did an atrocious job. Now State Farm is trying to cut me a check for about 10% of the damage that has occurred to my property.
Like A Good Neighbor my ***! Have had homeowners insurance with this company for over 45 years and not ONE claim. My “Good Neighbor” did the following to reward my loyalty and many $$$ paid to them: In my annual policy , on my declarations page, when I opened this year was an indication of “roof in need of repair or replacement “ then a letter stating that I needed to “complete these repairs” as they claimed this was from an underwriting survey. On 03/18/23 I was driving southbound on I41 near ********* ***A vehicle belonging to a State Farm auto policy holder was in front of me on the interstate. The vehicle was pulling a unclosed trailer filled with what appeared to be construction site waste (scrap wood 2x4s, drywall, etc). It was partially covered by a tarp with ratchet straps. A piece of busted drywall came out of the trailer and struck the driver's side side-view mirror of my car, causing damage and rendering the mirror inoperable. Nathan S****** did an outstanding job in educating me on the benefits and better coverages on my homeowners insurance and auto insurance offered by State Farm compared to what I was getting with *********** and was able to save me $1200 with lower deductibles with better coverage. All of my extra questions that I had were answered even when I needed him to go over some of them 3 times. Asked for a quote 2 years ago, decided to go with another competitor that's cheaper. Every three months since that first quote I am getting harrased by state farm agents constantly even after I respectfully stated I'm not interested.
4 years of paying into policy after policy, thinking I could trust my insurance company for once just to find out my policy won't be renewed due to me actually using the service I'm paying them for. Absolute joke of a company
