In February I was driving my son to school on ** south near ******* when a semi truck tire exploded 2 lanes over and flew into my the front of my car, rolling under my tires. I couldn't swerve without hitting cars so I just had to brace for impact. The truck tire damaged the underside of my car and I was told by my insurance provider that since it was a flyer object, it would be covered under my comprehensive. You need to get everything in writing. They increased my rate double what they said they would after a small claim that I could of just paid out of pocket. They reassured me my rate would only go up $10 a month then increase it to $30 a month.

I have been loyal State Farm customer for over 30 years...my local agent and staff are the best. However, my recent experience with State Farm homeowners for water damage done to hardwood floors has been horrendous. The lowball offer to sand my floors was unacceptable...hardwood floors will have to be replaced as per flooring experts. Shame on State Farm...I did report to the ******** state insurance commission my dissatisfaction with this claim.

Someone hit me in my car they had State Farm I'm having trouble getting anyone to fix it because they said State Farm won't pay the offer ridiculous prices and they fight and they still don't pay and there's a lot of litigation going on with State Farm right now what a mess I don't know what I'm going to do this is terrible. I went to 6 Car dealers and 2 mom and pop shops what a mess they all said no.

?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? State Farm Insurance has the worst customer service representatives EVER! First, the agent gave me the wrong claims number!! Secondly, State Farms Insurance is playing detective with my claims. Thirdly, I would never recommend ANYONE to State Farms Insurance.

Absolutely the worst experience with a homeowners claim. Continually low balling the contractor to the point the contractor walked away. Four months and back to square one. Terrible service throughout the process and I’ve been a customer for 14 years. No longer. Don’t waste your money with State Farm.

My parents have State Farm they got bad damage to their home due to a pipe. They have full coverage it’s been over 2 months and I’m still trying to get them to pay the construction company to get started, the house is not livable. Lots of their personal property was damaged after itemizing everything how they told me, they turn around and say they want even more info. I’ve already put countless hours with them and for them and no matter what I do they want more. I do not recommend this insurance for your home!!

I put in a roof claim February 9th 2023. They sent out THEIR roofing vendor to inspect roof damage. THEIR vendor assessed the damage and that roof needed to be replaced. State Farm then state that they wanted THEIR internal roof estimator to come out and review the roof...so the State Farm employee came out and did roof inspection and said the same thing "roof is damaged and needs to be replace." It's been over 6 weeks since I've heard from State Farm, I have left over 8 messages for State Farm to call me regarding my claim ... read more

State Farm is the worst company I have ever dealt with besides the collision center. I had an incident 3/30/2023 with road debree and damage to my car. This happened at 1030pm and I could not move my vehicle because of a damaged rim & blown tire It took State Farm to get someone to tow my vehicle 2 hrs. Then I was only offered 2 collision centers.
