Grandsons birthday, he had a blast and so did we. Food was ok and the drinks cold. Service was on point.
I stood in line for at least 10 minutes to order "all you can eat buffet". Once I forked over the $25 for that I waited another 10 minutes for pizza to come out. It never came. I asked the manager for my money back, while he was doing that I had the kids turn their tickets in. Had to go back to manager again and ask for refund then I had to ask him to send someone over to take the kids tickets even though a number of employees had walked by and saw us standing there. It is what it is, however I will say going to the cards was a nice surprise. Glad to see CEC getting into the swing of things.

Food was nasty half the games didn't work. No staff to help
Crowded nasty stinky to many people not enough help overcrowded all the time..

This Chuck E Cheese was big and had a lot of games to play took my nephew for his 2nd Bday but when we arrived and went to order the manager guy that was taking orders was really grouchy and rude when we give him the coupons he he sighed and rolled his eyes as if it was a problem then he made a mistake with our BBQ wings and rolled his eyes again and fixed it then when we sat down and our food finally came they BBQ wings were wrong and when we let the worker know which she was a manager as well I told her politely that it wa... read more
Kids had a great time at a friends bday party, hostess was wonderful, staff was very friendly and helpful, but other than those positives I was really disgusted by the facilities and how they were maintained. Bathrooms were filthy and nasty, there was old urine in one of the rides that my daughter was in and it got on her socks. It took a LONG while for staff to clean it up. 2 of the 4 ticket counting machines were broken and no one bothered to fix them or help.
