I had a last minute party scheduled, amazing staff put it together so fast,help me and my guest along with my daughters accommodations.Great and friendly staff. I always choose this location and will still continue to!
The worst customer service !!! I visit Chuck E. Cheese so many times per month and this was the worst
Either they were understaffed or they just had bad service... not sure yet. The salad bar had no croutons or ranch refill for over an hour. The wings were undercooked. The food took over 30 minutes to come out. Once someone helped they were nice. It was just not a lot of staff to help out.
Had the best VIP hostess today for our daughter Jovi's birthday. We truly appreciate how she made her party super extra special. Thank you!!! �
We had the best cashier. She was friendly, laughed, and made jokes with me about my 45 year old hubby who picked here to crlebrate with our grandkids. She even convinced us to do a Teenage Mutiant Ninja Turtle Cake. Happy kids=happy hubby and a great family birthday dinner. Only down fall was they were out of Blue Moon and Budlight and no one had a fire starter to light the candles. Quick solution was to walk down to Big 5 and buy matches for a dollar.
RecommendedPizza buffet, go mid week. 11 until 2. If you leave hungry it is your own fault.
Worst service. I had a complaint for a party of 100+ guests and the manager didn’t help at all. Paying for over $1000 for a party and then being told that thier under staffed after booking a month before the party is unacceptable. They had 5 workers including the manager and the cook. Pizzas came 2 at a time in 40-45 min intervals. Drink cups took 20 mins to come. A host was paid for a hours and we saw her 25-30 min max out of that time. I will be making a complain on consumer reports and business bureaus.u

had my son's 4th Birthday here this year and the party host Lyla was awesome. very helpful and attended to all our needs. the kids had a great time ! definitely will book again!
Ordered wings and they were not cooked all the way. Ice cold inside nasty food. Told employee and they did nothing. Grandson had fun playing but I will never eat there again.
