Best Chuck E. Cheese's I have ever been too. Management and staff were genuinely nice and cheerful and had excellent customer service. I had a kid's party there and they made it an amazing experience. We will definitely be coming back to this location. Even though I live across town, it's worth the drive!
Fun games, inexpensive, the new card loaded for hours of play and good new foods.
They was very pleasant to begin with. Explained everything to me but after that to be honest I can truly say I never seen the host but maybe once after party started or twice. I remember the manager came by often to check on things. The soda wasn't soda at the beginning but they replaced it. Pizza came out too soon, for a 2 yr old, the kids were playing by the time it was time to eat, the pizza was cold, hard and dry. My birthday boy never got his free T-shirt. Horrible experience. First of all they give free tickets with Chucky there was about 30 kids and they gave 10 tickets AWAY REALLY! The line to order food was outrageous. You're only allowed two beers per person. Pizza wasn't all that great( and they say it's better than pizzahut) it cost me $55 for two pizzas and for drinks with supposedly free points. Other than the price of food was kinda High for a pepperoni pizza 4 small drinks 3 endless salad bars and 60 token's it cost me $68.75 if I had to feed a group of kids I would have paid over $120 bucks that's why it's not an everyday thing� but it was clean the staff was great all of them! It's the perfect place for family to hang out love it
Horrible boring chuckie....I was there before and there was one it was really hands-on with the kids and dancing just really involved in the hostess guided perfectly at the last onealso he did not even come on on the stage and you could barely hear the television this was yesterday Thursday at the location on Lake Mead and Tenaya Las Vegas Nevada it was about 5 PM
The pizza � is delicious at this one! They made a mistake and fixed it in minutes. I was really impressed! The staff is all very friendly and answers your questions without any hassle. I haven't seen one unhappy face in here. That's awesome! Good job to the staff here! Place is very clean too. Thanks for a wonderful birthday for my son.
