I go here all the time . I always get 100 tokens for 20 dollars. The cashier said she can't give it to me because I didn't have the coupon , I told her they give it to me all the time. Then I trying to go on the website and the internet there wasn't working , she didn't care. She has brown hair and been working there for two years.
All of the employees I came into contact where very attentive and courteous. Every clean center. Had a great time!

Had my twins bday party there and our host was Raena, she was amazing... i really didn't have to do anything she took care of it all... the kids loved her and she had everything under control!!! Go see Raena for your next party �

My whole experience was a big disappointment! Web site says buffet is until 3pm, get there at 1:30 and I'm told we are too late to order buffet. Next disappointment took 1 hour to receive our 1 sausage pizza! Next disappointment raised the price from 25 cents per token to 33 cents (per game point) and you purchase a card now because they are trying to be like John's Incredible (no where close!)
