It's fun bc your kids always entertained. It's not a high end party club. U get what u pay for.
Me parece que tiene un servicio excelente. La visitó con frecuencia. Pues tengo una nieta y.le.encanta visitar ese Lugar. Muy atentos sus trabajadores. No ayudan con cuestión al Idioma. Had my sons birthday party their on Saturday Nov 26th and our host was defiantly not on it. I payed for the mega super star package for the kids it's 24.00 per child. 1st of all they didn't give The souvenir cups which is supposed to be given . 2nd had to go back because my husband reminded me that we never did the pinyada so she gave it to me to take home cause the party time expired. 3rd never got the 1000. Ticket voucher. Needless to say I will be calling tomorrow.
I LOVE CHUCK E CHEESE . THEY KEEP THERE PLACE CLEAN
Dirtiest and busiest Chuck E. Cheese in Las Vegas....I really HATE the Lake Mead location...Workers are very nice, but might need more people or something...Bathrooms need constant attention not just once a shift...Kids use these and they should not be filthy....
Had my daughters 6th birthday there and the party hostes was missing in action 90% of the time. The young man who's name I didn't get was helpful and another hostess was helpful. Asked for additional plates 2 different times and never received them until I got them from the other hostess. Tipped the guy and other hostess. My grandchildren love this place....they enjoyed the rides and games.
It served its purpose, the staff have a very hard job, they did as well as expected
