worse service ever and over priced for little to nothing
We had a fantastic time there! The staff was very friendly! Store was clean. All the rides were in order & clean! Only complaint would be that the pizza buffet didn’t really have much variety and pizzas were coming out too slow. Other than that we will be back again!
Took care of our birthday party from start to finish. Didn’t have to worry about anything as they took care of everything.
Unfortunately it took 50 minutes to receive our pizza, no joke ! We filled up with salad by the time we got our pizza we were not even hungry anymore we ate 3 slices.
rhis chuck e cheese was horrible. horrible service, dirtty, and food took over and hour and a half to get to us. when the food came out u half was cold and the wings were soggy. We had a party for my sons birthday and they were over a half hour late with getting our party started. everythung just bad
overcrowded no tables until there was an adult incident that police came and most people vacated. even though parents should be watching their kids, they done. so staff should help out in proper behavior or give warnings. also adults getting up on rides omg heavy weight one too. Lastly, free tickets that is thrown up on air by Chucky should only be for the kids not adults all over floor with their chest all exposed in everyone's faces. just GHETTO.

When we receive our food it was burnt. Burnt fries, burnt cheese bread, burnt pizza. I was very disappointed. The only good thing was the 90 minuet play pass we purchase. I’ll NEVER order food from here again. Derives use to be great now it’s awful.
