The place was clean and inviting. Didn’t have to worry about the kids getting into trouble. Very fun and relaxing
Nobody told us that the playground wasn’t included with the game card and we spent over $60! Now my toddler is crying because she can’t jump because a rude man kicked her out. So terrible
The cashier and Customer service was good but the Quality of Chuck E Cheese it self needs alot of Work took a while for the food to be ready when. We were called to get it. it was noticeable warm not hot !! Some of the Machines were not working properly the new system of paying for play time would be good if all machines were working
