I was trying to fix/alter my mums earring, came into this store after trying a few others. A lady with short white hair whose name I didn’t catch and Dimitri provided excellent customer service, providing very helpful, friendly advice and several possible solutions before settling on the final decision. Would come back!
Very friendly and helpful staff. They were also incredibly helpful on the phone. They couldn’t fix my necklace by soldering, but they found another way and repaired it for me free charge. Definitely would return again if I need to.
Fab place. I've had a few rings resized and some of my jewellery polished and cleaned. Staff are very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Will be back
